Creative Designer
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our ambitious marketing team. This is a new role, created as part of our move to bring more creative capability in-house, helping to scale our brand in line with business growth. You will be responsible for producing high quality visual design assets across brand, marketing, sales and digital channels, strengthening how we show up in a competitive market.
You will take a leading role in managing projects, developing campaign ideas and bringing them to life. Working closely with marketing, sales and leadership, you will contribute to creative concepts, deliver digital and print assets, and ensure everything aligns with our brand and commercial objectives. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will manage multiple projects at once, using a mix of digital, social and presentation design to create clear and engaging visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage high quality visual assets across campaigns, sales materials, social content, presentations and the website.
Translate briefs into clear, effective and on-brand design that supports commercial outcomes.
Bring consistency to the Seriös Group brand across internal and external channels and touchpoints.
Lead on campaign concepts and visual storytelling across key sectors and propositions.
Design digital assets including website pages, landing pages and campaign graphics e.g. LinkedIn Ads.
Work closely with marketing, sales and the leadership team to understand requirements, to recommend and develop assets.
Managing multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Continue to develop templates, reusable assets and brand guidelines to provide on-going consistency for the brand.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools and emerging AI capabilities, applying them where relevant.

Requirements:
Experience in a design role (preferably in-house but agency still considered).
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign and digital work.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience across both digital and print design, including website including design and UX.
Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating assets for web and social.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable using AI tools to support and accelerate design workflows.
Motion, video and editing skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is highly desirable.
Desirable:
Experience with Figma or similar tools.
Experience in a B2B or technology-led environment.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to support collaboration with agency web team.
